i can't think of a pie that is easier than pumpkin. i love the recipe on the canned pumpkin, with the addition of a little nutmeg. this was my good day.
all that's left on my list:
apple pie
chocolate cream pie
frozen fruit salad
sweet potatoes
green bean casserole
recipes to follow as they are crossed off the list.
